Tickets grant the right of admission to an Odeon by TFG cinema auditorium solely for the date and time stated on them and may not be used for a screening at a later date or at another cinema.
A. Tickets purchased online

Tickets may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method up to 60 minutes before the start of the screening.

Cancellation of tickets purchased online is carried out exclusively by the customer.
The refunded amount will be credited to the payment account within 3–4 business days. -
The cancellation process must be completed no later than 60 minutes prior to the scheduled date and time of the screening.

Upon completion of the transaction, a confirmation email is sent by viva.com regarding your payment.

By clicking on the “PAYMENT” icon in the confirmation email, you are given the option to cancel your transaction.
B. Tickets purchased at the box office

Cancellations can be made only at the Odeon by TFG cinema where the tickets were originally issued.

No ticket cancellation with refund is possible after 30 minutes from the start of the screening.
